I believe a strong therapeutic relationship engages a person’s inner drive for psychological stability and leads to recognizing a person’s own strengths. I believe all life’s struggles require careful tending and it takes courage to engage in the process of asking for help in uncertain times. I strive to create psychological safety for couples, individuals, and children in providing a dependable and safe space. In this therapeutic space, I believe people gain deeper understanding and paths to feeling better are created. Welcome, I am Erin Lundy, a Marriage and Family Therapist intern supervised by Svetlana Kreimer (LMFT Lic. No. 53525). Meet me at our San Jose location, or via telehealth.
Erin Lundy
I have specialized training in relational cultural therapy, process therapy, and play therapy. I have counseled a diverse population across all socio-economic backgrounds, nationalities, cultures, and gender identities and sexual orientations. Prior to becoming an intern, I was a juvenile advocate, mentor, and counselor for 17 years, nurturing youth in inpatient and residential programs and tending to the needs of individuals with complex trauma histories. I consider myself a forever learner of each person’s unique values, needs, and background life experiences. I would be honored to work with you and support your goals in therapy.
